Replacements and Refunds

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you have 30 days after receiving your item to let us know if you’re unsatisfied with your order. Contact us at info@elementco.co and let us know about your issue. Hold onto everything you received because we might ask for a batch number or specific product identifiers. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your order contained more than one item, please specify which item you would like to be refunded.

 

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your replacement/refund request. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded the full cost of the item minus the shipping, VAT or duties. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If approved for a replacement, you’ll be sent a replacement product to the shipping address on your order.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please allow 2-5 business days in Canada and 7-14 business days in the USA (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

 

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Shipping 

We ship domestically, within Canada, and to the US. Shipping times depend on your location.

 

We offer $15.00 & $18.00 flat-rate shipping and free shipping for orders over $75 within Canada.

 

For US orders, we offer $15.00  & $18.00 flat-rate shipping and free shipping for orders over  $75. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. elementco is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. Fees will be due upon receipt.  

 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an error in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.
