It is important to us that you have a seamless experience with elementco, from shopping to shipping to product enjoyment. Please read the Shipping Policy for details on what to expect when you place an order on elementco.co.

order processing 

Please allow 2-5 business days in Canada and 7-14 business days for USA (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@elementco.co . We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has shipped.

shipping 

We ship domestically, within Canada, and to the US. Shipping times depend on your location.

We offer $15.00 & $18.00 flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders over $75 within Canada.

For US orders, we offer $15.00  & $18.00 flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders over  $75. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. elementco is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. Fees will be due upon receipt.  

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to error in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means we offer a replacement or refund if a product doesn’t meet your expectations – no return necessary. For more details, see our Refund Policy, found at www.elementco.co/policies/refund-policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@elementco.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
