We feel confident you’ll love your elementco products. We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means we offer a replacement or refund if a product doesn’t meet your expectations – no return necessary.

replacements and refunds

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you have 30 days after receiving your item to let us know if you’re unsatisfied with your order. Contact us at info@elementco.co and let us know about your issue. Hold onto everything you received because we might ask for a batch number or specific product identifiers. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your order contained more than one item, please specify which item you would like to be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your replacement/refund request. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded the full cost of the item minus the shipping, VAT or duties. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If approved for a replacement, you’ll be sent a replacement product to the shipping address on your order.

damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
